I was in court today with Mr. Hasan, and he represented me in my motion for visitation modification and a rule to show cause for failure to pay child support-and we won! I have known Mr. Hasan since 2019, and he has represented me several times over the years for child support, divorce, and custody agreements. Every time, with Mr. Hasan by my side, I have attained the results I desired. Mr. Hasan is not only extremely competent and prepared but also very aggressive in the representation of his clients in court. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Mr. Yoon was recommended by a friend and I wish I never took that recommendation. He lied to me about what the stipulations he agreed to with the prosecutor. A first time DUI (stupid mistake but I accept responsibility for my actions), that I admitted to, gave police no issues, caused no damage to property or others, was not swerving, I forgot to cut my lights on (again stupid mistake) and admitted to had just left a lounge. I was sentenced 2 yrs to have an interlock system in my car (which he stated I did not have to get), he made sure it was not expunged from my record and when I had to reappear in court (which he knew months in advanced) he did not show up. I called him and he said “you’re going to have to find someone else”…I would never recommend this guy to ANYONE! Luckily I found a new and better lawyer

Yes I give five star for Mr. Nadir Hassan and Ms Mawia. Lawyer Nadir Hassan is geat Lawyer and honest, he know what he is doing he is good advice, and Mawia is great and very helpful she so patient. Thanks alot for both of you.

I am a student athlete at George Mason University and I was recently charged with a misdemeanor reckless driving by a George Mason officer. I did not think I did anything wrong. I was picking up my friends and I was wrongfully stopped for for an overloaded vehicle. I was very disappointed by this stop and very upset that I was wrongfully charged. One day I was playing golf at country club Fairfax because I am on the golf team and I met Mr. HASAN. He used to coach golf and wrestling at Fairfax high school. When I told him about my case, he said “I got you”. As we kept discussing the issue, I asked how much and he said “don’t even worry about it”. He hates that cops pull people over when they know better and figure a kid can’t hire or afford a lawyer. Today we went to court, and he owned the courtroom and the case was immediately dismissed. I really appreciate Mr. Hasan for everything he did for me and I will be forever grateful for him. He is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He will do everything he can to take care of you.
