Mr. Rosenthall was very straight forward with me and provided all of the available options and outcomes I had to help me make an informed decision on my traffic case. He respected our wishes and walked us through the entire process. He was transparent and extremely helpful. Mr. Nolan is a class act. It’s not often you can count on someone to do what’s best for you without lining their pockets. My husband was charged with a hit-and-run accident involving a bicyclist. He could have faced 15 to 20 years in prison, though he has a clean record. We had no idea what was going on because we had never had legal troubles before, and my husband had no idea about any sort of accident he was in involving a bicycle. Regardless, he was arrested, fingerprinted, and his mugshots were taken. At first we didn't even know the date the accident had occurred. Once we were told, we figured out that my husband had been in Annapolis, Maryland working at the time of the accident, so he couldn't have been involved. Not knowing very much at all, since we had never had legal problems before, we hired a lawyer who was there at the courthouse the day the judge told us we would need a lawyer. We had little confidence in the lawyer we initially found, and luckily we were referred by a family member to Mr. Rosenthall. Mr. Rosenthall was very professional. He did not take short-cuts and went through the process to subpoena the witnesses who saw my husband working in Maryland the day of the accident (which happened here in Virginia). When we did appear before a judge, to get an extension (if I recall correctly), it was clear that Mr. Rosenthall was well respected amongst his peers in the way they talked to him and about him. Our confidence in his ability to prove my husband's innocence was so important to us because the stress this situation put on my husband, myself, and our three children was horrible. Mr. Rosenthall helped to relieve our anxiety with his reassuring words and his professional demeaner and actions. He called us last week to let us know that our case was being dismissed. Even though we didn't have to go to trial over this, we know that Mr. Rosenthall was completely prepared to defend my husband if it had. He shared with us the angle he would take and what evidence he would use. We made the best decision we could have in switching attorneys. Now I know that if we ever find ourselves with legal troubles again, we will call Mr. Rosenthall immediately.

Faraji Rosenthal did an excellent job with my case. I could have been faced with a suspended license in North Carolina or several points on my license but Faraji worked with the VA prosecutor and NC office and got my ticket down to a fine (significant) but no points and no license suspension. I received a lot of solicitations when I got my traffic ticket - Faraji was one of two former Fairfax County prosecutors who I prioritized in selecting an attorney - his charge for undertaking the full case was $500, and the other lawyer's charge was $1,000. For excellent service and results, and reasonable cost, I would definitely recommend Faraji for anyone who has a Fairfax County traffic ticket.

Mr. Nolan was an amazing attorney. He was always available either by email or telephone to answer questions when needed. From day one, he was attentive and friendly. I hired Attorney Nolan in 2012-2013 when he was in Fairfax. He was extremely professional, explained in the consultation and the areas of law which were his strengths and where my investment in him would likely benefit me. He explained what Attorney’s charging less would likely not do as well. He was always punctual, prepared and what was important to me as a 19 year Marine who’s career was in the Military criminal justice system...he was known and respected by the other members of the courts. That can’t be understated/undervalued. I can’t speak for anyone but myself, but I deserved to be held accountable and I ultimately was. 6 years later, I am posting this review because I know anyone considering him, should know he is a 5 star attorney...sadly the kind of people who appreciate him for what he did for us, are the kind who maybe feel embarrassed to admit we ever got arrested in the first place. He’s worth the investment. A truly good person as well.

Excellent lawyer. I was worried about getting a reckless ticket on my record because i have a Top Secret Clearance. He had my reckless 86 in a 65 reduced to speeding(74 in a 65). I didnt even have to take the day off to go to court either.

I highly recommend Faraji to family and friends! He has not only gotten me out of trouble, but has always truly been there for me whenever I needed him.
