Ms Madison is GREATNESS!!! Pleasantly, she was straightforward and took care of business. I had a speeding ticket doing 90mph in 55mph. Joseph Yoon is an approachable, laid back, and respectable traffic attorney I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand regarding my summons and actions from the D.M.V. When my court hearing went to trial, Joseph Yoon, was prepared and professional. He kept me updated with everything. He is great man of his word and a great individual overall. Let me preface this by saying that you should not speed in Virginia. At all. That said, stuff happens, and we all make mistakes. In Virginia, anything over 80 can be considered Reckless Driving and is a Class 1 Misdemeanor. That could mean jail. Places like Texas, 80 is the default, so for me that was crazy. The team at Nova Defenders was outstanding! For my charge, I had the privilege of being defended by one of the founding partners, Ryan, and you can tell that he cares about his clients and the results. It could have gone way worse for me.
