Hands down a truly amazing attorney. I was written up for 104 in a 65 and I was freaking out. Robert got the reckless driving charge DISMISSED and bumped down to a mere speeding ticket with a small fine of 250. No jail time, no license suspension, no hefty fine. I couldn’t believe it! I called up over 10 of the best lawyers in the area and consulted with each of them. The above outcome seemed highly unlikely if not impossible to them. Robert Bryan stood out immediately. He didn’t make any promises, but I could tell he knew how to handle a case like this. He was confident we’d be able to get a satisfactory outcome, and we got even better. He prepared me for court every step of the way. He and his team guided me through community service, driving courses, and more. We didn’t get the offer we wanted on our first hearing, so we asked for a continuation. I went back and did some more service hours as Robert recommended and took another driving course. We went back to court and completely crushed the case! I’m beyond grateful I hired Robert for this case. I honestly couldn’t ask for better representation given the outcome and how enjoyable Robert was to work with. If you have a similar charge, I can tell you with confidence this is the attorney you need.

Having been arrested for a DWI in July of 2021, I was extremely fearful to do the mandatory minimum of 10 days in jail especially because my BAC was .23. I could handle the talk of what other consequences were going to be given but jail time to me was something I couldn’t process mentally, physically or emotionally. Mr. Bryan was direct in saying what could happen in a worst case scenario and a best case scenario. He asked the federal judge for no jail time and instead, home incarceration, and it was granted. $250 fine, 20 days home incarceration, ASAP classes, restricted license, supervised probation for one year NO JAIL TIME!!!! I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Bryan to help you through your DWI charges. He is beyond great at what he does!!

When I first got this reckless I went to another lawyer i would always go to but he was only saying negative comments like I’m gonna go to jail and what not so why go to a lawyer that doesn’t even try to bring some positivity in the case. But then, i found out about Mr. Bryan after he represented and won my cousins DUI case and from that point on it was a wrap. Mr. Bryan not only keep me out of jail but also helped me still have some type of license for work. I 100% recommend this lawyer.

Mr. Bryan represented me on a driving while suspended case and got the case dropped when I was looking at jail time. Having an experienced lawyer, with you, in the courtroom makes a big difference. Sure someone may say that I could have done what he did, but the question is would you have know to do what he did and having that experience with me made a difference. Mr. Bryan was very poised, professional, and articulated my case and circumstances expertly. My only grip is that Mr. Bryan has alot of clients and may not always answer immediately, but why does Mr. Bryan have alot of clients...because he's a good lawyer. Mr. Bryan has a good rapport with the commonwealth attorneys, police, and judges which is always good to have on your side. If your wondering about price...all I can say is you get what you pay for!
