Joseph Yoon is the man! I was charged with reckless driving. Mr. Yoon made it very clear exactly what to do before the court date and then come that day, he went to work and it was amazing. Utilizing his network of connections, he was able to get the trooper and prosecutor to be lenient. The misdemeanor was dropped to a simple improper driving charge and a simple fine. Shoutout to Nova Defenders. Amazing group of lawyers. I received a citation for reckless driving in Virginia going more than 20 above the speed limit. Nova defenders were able to get my ticket dismissed by cutting a sweet deal with the Virginia court of law,having me serve just a few hours of community service. Nothing overwhelming and within 3 months I was rolling clean with 0 demerits on my license and maintaining a clean criminal recorded.
