I had occasion a few years ago to consult with Jon about helping obtain a pardon for someone I was trying to help. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain things thoroughly. He was doing this without compensation and yet he did not rush me or seem in a hurry to get off the phone. I found him to be immensely helpful and certainly recommend him to anyone seeking such assistance.
