The First Point Law Group is one of the best in Virginia state. They know how to handle cases of their clients, they are doing great in court representation, they charge very reasonable fees. Try them and thank me later. I can't imagine that my reckless driving ticket reduce to a zero point violation.

BEWARE! If the results of your case are in any way important to you, DO NOT use this firm. First of all, the lawyer will not give you the time of day when you attempt to go over the details of your case. I made numerous attempts- and each time was told to email an office employee. The office employees do not respond to your emails or even acknowledge that they received them, and are incompetent at best they give you the wrong information on basic matters, they do not follow your instructions, they do not give you updates on your matter, they do not ask or even listen to what strategy you want to proceed with. Once you pay the fee, there will be no communication or direction of any kind from them except to tell you when your court date is. After numerous attempts to discuss my case, after about 10 attempts, I was finally responded to by the lawyer who told me to just show up to court on the day “and we’ll figure it out”. Shocking. Lastly, and probably the worse thing, is there is a review on here that the firm responded to outlining the frustrations the client has with these people and the response from the business- instead of trying to smooth things over with their client, tells them “if they don’t like it to hire someone else and they’ll gladly step aside”. So that is exactly what I did.

Mr. Grimes is an honest and experienced lawyer. He charges the fee he real serviced to you, not as I heard, regular lawyer, they charge fee for any phone call, any email and related or no related issues. I satisfy with him after I hired him as my family issue lawyer. He also does small business legal service. I wouldn't recommend this office never in my life. Not only have I been waiting 10 months for a divorce that they had told me would not take more than 3 or 4 months, I sent them the email below on 3/12/2024 and today, 4/2/2024, I am still waiting for a response from the lawyer as her assistant. As I mentioned in the email, my case is no more or less important than all the others. In my opinion, this poor professional behavior is totally unacceptable, even more so when payment for the services was delivered at the time of requesting their services. Good Afternoon, Could I please receive an accurate and current update on the status of my case? At this point I don't know what to believe. It's important to note that I never received any follow-up communication; I had to initiate contact every month, only to be informed repeatedly that we were simply awaiting the newspaper. The situation has reached a point of absurdity, with the court now requesting information from me after 9 months. It's perplexing why this information is being sought at this late stage, especially considering that I provided all documents required when I initially sought and paid for your services. I am submitting the requested information in the hope of bringing a resolution to this matter once and for all. However, I strongly feel that First Point Law could improve its customer service and case follow-up. While I understand that you may handle numerous cases, mine is no different from any other. We are approaching nearly a year for what should be a straightforward divorce, and the delay is disconcerting. Regarding the affidavit, as I communicated to Silvina, I am hesitant to sign it. Upon investigating the status of the case, I discovered that he was incarcerated twice in 2023, which contradicts point number 2 stating that neither of us is currently incarcerated. Silvina argues that this discrepancy "represents" the time of filing for divorce, but it's crucial to note that I am signing the document in March 2024, not back in 2023. This misalignment in timing raises concerns about the accuracy of the information presented.
