I've consulted with Attorney Banks on a number of cases and have gotten nothing but the best service. Her consultations are thourough and informative. I've hired her for cases and have always gotten the outcome that I wanted. Ms. Banks' fees are very reasonable and despite being a highly sought after attorney, she makes sure to stay on top of all cases and will always get back to you in a timely fashion. Not only is she very informed in family law, she makes it a point to listen to your circumstances and always provides the best advice according to the law. There aren't many attorneys who take a personal interest in their clients' cases. She's not only attentive, but passionate. That alone is what makes her an excellent attorney.

Ms. Banks represented me in a highly contested divorce, child custody, child visitation and a child support case. I knew from the beginning that she was the perfect lawyer for me. Was in the process of hiring Ms. Banks to handle our case due to a so called mortgage law firm stating they would refinance our house. We paid them $3900 and they never contacted our bank. Unfortunately, we lost our house, because we contacted her to late; however we did get our money back, the lawyer has been disabled and we are part of a class action suit with the feds. Sequitta Banks came in the court room very quiet and calm but once the Judge said let's begin she was on fire the first witness was the mother of my son Mrs Banks ripped through her and brung all the lies out of her she was so swift and straight to the point it felt like I had won the case already even though it just started, lol after Mrs Banks demolished everyone who got up to testify against me she definitely made it clear for the Judge to rule in my favor giving me custody of my son. I know being a man it was not going to be easy to gain custody because usually the mother would have to be on drugs or abusive to the child that was not the case for us she did not spend enough time in his life she just wanted to collect a check for her own personal gain. OMG where do I start......This lady goes above and beyond to get things done. She treats your case as if she was in your shoes. She always keeps you in the loop and is very organized. I went through a weird custody battle with my son's father and we had a great outcome. Mrs. Banks is definantly well worth every penny and she is extremely resonable. If you are going through a custody battle wether you are the mother or father, I would highly recommend Mrs. Banks. I am extremely happy with our outcome and how great of an attorney she has been. I had reckless driving and no registration charges against me. When I sought Ms. Banks' counsel, she carefully listened to everything I said, and told me how she would take care of the situation. At the day of the hearing, Ms. Banks used her superior negotiation skills with the prosecutor and the police officer to dismiss the registration charge and reduce the reckless driving to a simple traffic offense, just like she said! If it weren't for Ms. Banks, I would've been convicted of a misdemeanor offense, in addition to a much higher fine. Thank you so much, Ms. Banks!
