A trustworthy lawyer and a decent person.

Robert Whitestone asked me to pay $10,000 to plea to crime which I did not commit. Robert Whitestone said that it would cost me $20,000 for him to fight for my innocence. I begged him for trial for over a year but was denied. The Whitestone firm is complicit with the procedural disfranchisement of colored people for profit.

I'm incredibly happy today. Regardless of knowing the reputation of the Whitestone Young firm initially, I spoke to 101 lawyers before going with my heart & head which lead me back to Mr. Johnathan Woodward. He represented me on 3 serious drug charges that got dismissed. From our first conversation I could tell he was genuine, and knowledgeable. He was reasonable, told me the good and the bad..but also applied it to my case and explained what he thought the outcome would be, good &/or bad. I would highly recommend him as anyone's attorney. In 1978 Robert Whitstone got my ass out of a nightmare.I had did a friend a favor and got something for his friend which was a Fairfax cop.I myself had stayed straight for long time before i did this favor in other words i was set up.Robert Whitstone got my butt out of trouble .The only thing he did not do was get my charges on book dismissed . i paid him 3000.00 to do so and $$ 3000.00 was a lot in 1978

I highly recommend Hunter Whitestone's services as a defense attorney for DUI/DWI and Refusal to Blow. He is able to handle complex cases as evidenced by his management of two DWI/Refusals for me with very satisfactory outcomes. Mr. Whitestone has tremendous expertise in this area of the law having managed many complex DUI/DWI and 'Refusal to Blow' cases in Northern Virginia. He is able to take these cases to trial where necessary and win. He is very diligent and dedicated to his profession and the right of all / anyone to defend themselves and have access to a fair trial. He is extremely ethical, patient, and possesses great endurance and skill in the complex, adversarial and hostile give and take (negotiations) of the defense process. Early in pre-trial preparations, he conclusively let me know his strategy with each separate event and how he could best assist me with progressing to a fair outcome. I found communication with him and his team to be easy and fluid all while they were able to process enormous amounts of data and work with expert witnesses – the first event had an expert witness scientist who presented case law and scientific testimony on the Breathalyzer machine's functional limitations, the second event had a medical expert witness. Mr. Whitestone was quick to let me know what information was relevant and how it would progress my case(s). As noted above, I had reason to use Hunter Whitestone's counsel on two separate occasions. The first event was settled with what appeared to be a pro-forma settlement, but later was to be interpreted as generous due to being settled under the overhang of a second charge. I found Mr. Whitestone to be an outstanding attorney in advocating for fair outcomes where the circumstances of each case had become adverse and murky through the collision of the two events' respective trials. While working on the second event, Mr. Whitestone discussed my inability to blow on the breathalyzer test with me and asked me if there was any way it could be medically corroborated. I said to him that I would try to find a doctor that could vouch for my incipient childhood asthma that presents itself from time to time when I am under great stress. I eventually found an expert medical witness (please ask Mr. Whitestone for this wonderful and outstanding doctor's name). Mr. Whitestone showed great skill, speed and flexibility in meeting with and interviewing the medical expert, ploughing through the medical records, preparing the doctor for court and preparing me for court. He was able to clearly and quickly communicate to me and the physician what kind of proof the court would accept that would unequivocally confirmed my inability to blow 1.5 liters of air. My physician was able to evaluate me and oversee the administration of breathing test by a third party that permitted him to ethically conclude that I suffered from breathing restrictions and warranted a blood test as I had so requested in the field at the time of the second event. As a result of this coordination and preparation with my medical expert witness, Mr. Whitestone, my medical expert and I were able to go fully prepared to trial. At trial, Mr. Whitestone withstood a hostile effort to get our expert witness's credentials discredited and the expert, himself, dismissed from the trial process. He then successfully made the case that I had not been treated as my condition warranted and should have been offered a blood test. As a result of his arguments, the judge rendered a 'not guilty' verdict for the second event - fair and positive outcome for my trial. I was extremely pleased as my name was cleared and all of the burdens, restrictions and social stigma was lifted from my name and legal records.

Mr. Hunter is the best Attorney. He has helped me to drop my reckless. He took care of everything at the court, I didn't even have to say a word. I highly recommend.
