Tyler Bezilla is my victim’s counsel and has done an amazing job advocating for me. I sought Tyler as counsel when our Prosecutor’s office was non-responsive. We found the Prosecutor had set a hearing without notifying us, and did not respond to requests to meet. Within hours of hiring Tyler, he was in communication with the Deputy assigned to our case and scheduled a meeting for the following day. Tyler is a former Fairfax County Prosecutor, so he has a unique understanding of both sides of the law and is extremely familiar with the court’s processes. He’s very responsive, respectful, and took the time to understand the case. We trust Tyler and only have amazing things to say about him. We would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking counsel.

Alisa had my trust from day one before anything even started, and before I had even hired her. She was the only lawyer that had responded with any sort of empathy for my situation, and clearly understood the emotional burden of the whole case. While my case wasn't super complex or anything, it did end up dragging out due to the other party. Alisa was absolutely incredible throughout the whole ordeal and a pleasure to work with. Our legal system can definitely be complex, but she made my life and my efforts as easy as they could be. She was always super responsive, and answered all of my random one off questions, even late in the evening. She was always so professional and patient anytime her and I had to do anything, and always knew when to bring in some lightheartedness to keep me going. If there is ever any legal issue that comes my way that falls in her lane in the future, there isn't any other lawyer out there I'd trust with such a situation.

I had my initial consultation with Ben and was impressed by his professionalism and the options he provided. He was very transparent and laid out my options clearly. Madison was the lawyer who represented me in the traffic court and she did an excellent job negotiating and reducing my charges to what we had previously discussed and hoped for. I would recommend Ryan he fights for your case. He ended up dropping my reckless driving charges to a dismissal.

I would highly recommend this practice. Madison was our attorney and she was highly skilled and was able to bring the case to a satisfactory conclusion. Madison represented my son for a Reckless Driving charge Her efforts resulted in the charge being reduced from a reckless driving charge of 92/45 to improper driving. A significant mitigation. Highly recommend! Reckless Driving in VA is a misdemeanor, don't go into it alone, call them!

I was very pleased with the firm, but most especially my attorney, Madison Whitehead and the paralegals that assisted me, especially Mevish Khan. They advised me on all aspects of the charges (reckless driving, reduced to speeding) and provided all the links for ease of scheduling the classes, calibration, etc. They set my mind at ease when I was panicking.
