My experience with Nova Defenders was positive and I highly recommend them. I had a reckless charge (88/55) moved down to a speeding ticket w/ fine and fees. They advertise as 24 hour and I actually received a reply on a Saturday evening. As the reviews before me state, Mevish Khan was great to work with and was on top of all of the documents and correspondences. I will recommend that the earlier you can start on the process, the better. The first lawyer that was assigned to me was often short with me and seemed irritated when I would message about clarification on the tasks I had to complete for my case. My dealings with Khan and my final lawyer David Lloyd however, were great. Lloyd was familiar with Loudoun Co. (location of my infraction), was warm and very clearly walked me through everything. Again, I recommend this firm, I encourage everyone to start the process early and if you get an infraction in Loudoun Co., I recommend David Lloyd to handle your case.

Ryan Rambudhan and John Sando each represented me in 10/2021 for 2 different reckless tickets. One for doing 93 in a 50 in Fairfax County and the one for 83 in a 55 in Loudoun County. I cannot recommend Ryan, John, and all of NOVA Defenders enough, they are fantastic! These were my 2nd and 3rd reckless ticket in under a year - because 🏍🏍🏎 and COVID 🤷🏻‍♀️. The 2 reckless tickets pending at the same time and I was planning for the worst as this kind of record looks pretty bad. NoVA defenders strategically scheduled my 2 court dates within the same week to lessen the chance of one court seeing the other court's decision within that week and up my chances of more a favorable outcome in both cases. NOVA Defenders is very shrewd about which attorney is assigned to which client. They base the lawyer assigned to you on the relationship each individual attorney has with the court, the specific ticketing/arresting officer, and the county prosecutor. While I had originally asked for a different attorney in the practice, Ryan and John showed up to my respective court hearings and both negotiated my less than ideal situation to get me outcomes far better than I ever would have expected! I couldn't asked for 2 better attorneys! After all was said and done, I came out of both my 2nd and 3rd reckless cases with my license and full driving privileges in tact! I only paid fines, + points, no time in jail - amazing and phew! The money you invest in an attorney is far more worth it for the final outcome than what you'll get out of saving yourself some cash. I highly recommend anyone with any driving-related offenses to hire NOVA Defenders, every one of their attorneys are top notch! DON'T go it alone. I would've been devastated if I couldn't ride for ANY length of time and NOVA Defenders saved me from that possibility. Dealt with a legal situation I'd never expected to happen to me in my lifetime. I worked with Ben. He is the most straightforward, professional, and honest lawyer EVER and I'm beyond happy I had him to work my case.
