Incredible experience working with Ryan! He really got me a great deal with no license suspension and minimal fine! Cases vary, of course, but Ryan knows what he is doing to represent you best! Call this firm!!!

They did an amazing job of lowering my charges and fees. I honestly thought I had no chance with my prior record. I was pleasantly surprised that they did the impossible and lowered my charges. I would trust none other than Nova Defenders for my legal needs!

Ben traveled from Fairfax County to Rappahannock County to represent me in court over a reckless driving ticket. Ben arrived early to meet with me and gave me an overview of the process and what to expect during the proceedings. In the end, Ben was able to get the fine reduced. Throughout the entire process, Ben was professional and honest. He was well prepared and answered all of my questions confidently. I highly recommend Ben.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Best Outcome. Had a reckless driving ticket and to be honest I don't have the best driving record. Multiple speeding tickets but Mr. Yoon was able to get the results I desired. Mr. Yoon was able to get the Reckless dropped to a standard speeding with a low fine amount. Highly recommend!

I retained Ben Schaefer and the firm to represent me for a moving violation (speeding) in Traffic Court (Fairfax County / Herndon) as I travel extensively and could not make the court date and needed representation. Joe Yoon was very professional and very effective. We had the best possible outcome for our case. Couldn't ask for more, it was an answered prayer. His rate was not the cheapest and not the most expensive but very fair.
