I hired Rob Somer with Hilton & Somer to handle my injury claim following a car accident because my claim was denied. I heard back from his office promptly and was scheduled for a consultation appointment in a very reasonable time. In my case, we filed a lawsuit and Mr. Somer and his staff took the time to meet with me, listen to me, asked me questions, explained the procedure and risks associated with filing a lawsuit and reviewed all of the evidence surrounding my claim. Mr. Somer convinced the defendant’s insurance carrier to arbitrate the case and prepared me for the hearing. He did a fantastic job during the hearing and I won my case. Accidents happen when you least expect it and when you’re not at fault, you need a well experienced lawyer like Mr. Somer. I would recommend Rob to anyone and know who me and my family will hire in case the unexpected happens.
