I hired Mr. Shihab for my Change of Status application almost 3 years ago, and after seeing how professional he and his associates were, I decided to hire him again for my Adjustment of Status application. Mr. Shihab and his associates worked above and beyond to file my documents on time - very professional work and great follow-up. They even were proactive and scheduled an an appointment to discuss my Green Card interview a week before the appointment date with the USCIS. They followed up with me after the interview to make sure everything went well, until I have received my Permanent Resident Card a week ago :) I am not usually the kind of person who writes reviews; however, when it came to what Mr. Shihab and his team has done to my case, and how nice, professional, and understanding they were, I couldn't help myself from doing so. A very well deserved 5 stars!

I retained the services of Gus Shihab for my green card application as an Alien of Extraordinary Abilities and subsequent Application for Permanent Residence. Both of my applications were approved without any questions from the Immigration Office. Mr. Shihab was qualified and always answered my questions no matter how many emails I sent. Some of his responses were within minutes. I highly recommend him.

Gus is very thorough, knowledgeable, good communicator, and represents the best interests of his clients. Besides being an outstanding professional, Gus also has very nice personality, and it was a pleasure to work with him . I would definitely recommend Gus and his team!

***NTA under section 240 - Notice of Hearing In Removal Proceeding for Over stay*** My mom from India used to visit us in the U.S on B2 visa (tourist), last year after her last visit to U.S we received a “Notice To Appear and Removal Proceeding for Over stay” under section 240 from DHS and from local immigration court /ICE, my mom departed the US long before we received this notice and she did NOT overstay. I tried contacting DHS and local immigration court to communicate to them about this notice that was issued by error, but no luck. This Notice To Appear will stop her from entering the U.S in the future and she is the only family I have, I tried several times to communicate to DHS/ICE, DHS NTA unit and local immigration court by sending all the document proof that I have on her departure from U.S and did not overstay, but no reply back from any of the department. I gave up, and started searching online for Attorney, I found Mr.Shihab with very good reviews, so I contacted him the same day. Talked to him for 15 minutes, I got confidence, he listened to me and answered all my questions in the initial consultation. He explained me the process and how to resolve his case, I signed up and within a week he submitted the paperwork to Chief Counsel and he sent me the proof for submitting all the documents and also he talked to them about this case. In 4 weeks the Chief Counsel agreed and recommended to the immigration court to DISMISS the case based on Mr.Shihab points. Two weeks after that the Immigration court GRANTED to DISMISS the case without prejudice. I am so happy, NO WORDS TO SAY, HE IS THE BEST.

Mr. Shihab himself and his team are experts in immigration services. They are very knowledgable in their field and there were always extremely responsible and confident in what they did. I had a very smooth on time process with them for my green card application. Other than their excellent professional expertise I should mention how kind and responsive they are which made this commonly stressful process much easier. I cannot stress enough how responsible and well informed they are. Year 2020 were there were so many sudden immigration changes in law happened they were always on top of their game and ready to address any concerns very fast. I truly recommend them to anyone in need of immigration attorney.
