I have found the Law firm of Shihab & Associates to be one of the most professional, up to-date and efficient regarding immigration matters. They knew exactly how to represent my brother’s case. Everyone from the reception desk to the legal advisor was quite courteous and worked hard to ensure that all of my concerns were satisfied. I would not have been satisfied with anyone but them with my brothers recent immigration case. I truly thank each one of the team members particularly Mr. Shihab for speaking with me even while he was on a trip to Mecca. The best Christmas surprise! I knew of Gus Shihab's law firm through another family immigration case they were handling and I was sure they were the right choice in my application for change of status to F1. They delivered and how! Gus and my lawyer handling my case Nicholas, are so well versed and experienced, we got the right advice every step of the way. My numerous queries and concerns were answered promptly. And by prompt, almost every e-mail query was responded to within minutes! They made sure all of the documentation was in order and complete. It was a rush right from the start as I started the whole admissions process in the beginning of October 2023. In less than a month and a half I had been able to complete all of the requisite documentation thanks to their guidance and support. What made a big difference was I was advised I am eligible to apply for premium processing of my change of status as my semester was slated to start at the beginning of January 2024. From the time I applied for premium processing, it took just 5 days for my confirmation of COS! Right before Christmas making it all the more special! We knew the wait time for processing was long and would take months, we were ready for the long wait. But what an incredible Christmas surprise. My family and I are ecstatic and wish Gus Shihab and Nicholas a massive thank you. without you, it would not have been possible! My heartfelt thank yous to making it possible! I am excited to begin my educational journey!
