This law firm exceeded my expectations. My case was fairly easy; however, several other firms tried to overcharge me. Mehnaz Khan did a great job of listening and executing my divorce in a timely manner. She also had a pretty amazing assistant who stayed in constant contact with me. I highly recommend Mehnaz Khan. She definitely has your best interests at heart!.

I chose Mehnaz Khan because she was very understanding of my situation and even thought I did not have the funds at the time I contacted her, she still worked with me. She put documents together that my ex-wife looked at and decided not to go to court, because she saw that she could not win. I was happy to know that I did not have to go to court. Whenever I had any questions she was always available to answer them. If you want your case to be done right in a reasonable amount of time, then this is the lawyer for you.

Mehnaz got my trust since the very first call when I got a free consultation with her, she clearly knew how to handle my case in the best way to get me out of the bad situation I was dealing with. She was very professional at all times and carefully review my divorce case in order to proceed in the best way possible. Mehnaz Khan EXCEEDED our expectations! Her knowledge, professionalism dished out with compassion are not often seen. Ms. Khan handled a contentious divorce and a custody case involving a 2 year old. Mom, left the state, requiring Ms. Khan to work through an out of state process server each time paperwork which was done meticulously. On appeal, in Circuit Court, Ms. Khan obtained sole legal sole physical for dad with supervised visitation (for mom) at dad’s discretion. Amazing attorney and person. She saved a child.😔

Mehnaz has both family and immigration law knowledge, which is extremely hopeful and appreciated when it comes to a special case. The turn around time is super quick and right to the point - I enjoyed working with her and the staffs there.

I went through a very messy divorce/custody battle. Ms Khan came into the case far along into the custody as My ex had made things very complicated by moving out of state and I was at a loss at what to do. Ms Khan handled the case in an honest way, never using any underhanded tactics, everything done was by the book, even making sure anything filed was given to a private process server in the other state to make sure there was no question my ex was properly served. Ms Khan did everything she possibly could and more for my family and myself and we will always be grateful for her services. Ms Khan should be the first name you think of when it comes to family law in Northern VA as she will do everything she can to assist, and she will always make sure you are up to date on anything and everything that is happening. I highly recommend Ms Khan and always will.
