Mr. Avery was able to successfully subpoena the Intersection CCTV footage in Arlington County where I was struck by a woman who ran a red light and destroyed my new vehicle. Despite being falsely accused and subsequently wrongly charged with causing the collision by an overzealous rookie cop (who had no witnesses and let the other driver leave the scene with no accountability whatsoever), Mr. Avery was able to successfully and unequivocally exonerate me, after which the charge was dismissed. He accepted my case . He gives very general information like the one you get in online forums. Doesn't respond on time. He really doesn't care na it shows.

This lawyer accepted my case and promised helping me. Whenever I asked the status of the case. His staff always said the case was processing. However, he kept the case almost 2 years, when it was still one and half months to the expired date, he sent me a letter stated that he closed the case. When it closed to the court date, he gave a bad advice. He did not explain me the procedure .
