Going through a divorce is a difficult process for anyone, no matter the circumstance. Carrie Patterson was amazing. She managed to simultaneously be professional, collaborative, effective and compassionate. As one can imagine this is a difficult thing to do as often these traits are in opposition. I wanted someone who was trained in the collaborative process but able to get things done the traditional way if needed and Carrie fit the bill.
