I consulted with Jim about a car accident I was in. He did an amazing job outlining not only the legalities, but also that background insurance knowledge. He informed me every step of the process, though he could not handle my claim. I was recommended to Jim by my cousin and will continue to recommend him to others--he is a wealth of knowledge all around!

Was a very long process, but Jim and his team were awesome. Very supportive, responsive, and professional, and Jim was spot on regarding anticipating how things might go. I met 4 different attorneys (at $150-$350 /consult) before I met Laurie. She was direct, honest, no BS, and able to read between the lines. In that initial consult I saw how rapidly she processed information, including elements of my situation that I didn't have the language to articulate. If I'd chosen someone with a lower hourly rate I would have missed her skill and perception. Making myself understood would ultimately have cost far more and would have made an already painful process even harder.
