My life was completely overwhelmed by a growing State tax bill and a Federal tax debt of over $130,000. My tax questions seemed to me complex as they involved both the state of California and Virginia as well as various periods of time. Sammy and Alexander were well versed in the tax laws. I also had a few questions with regard to Virginia tax law which they were able to provide assistance with. I was very impressed with their patience and time given to assist me. When I sent follow up questions and a California document which I needed assistance with understanding Sammy was very through and detailed with her reply answering all of my questions the following day. Worth every penny and beyond. I had double tax trouble with the IRS (business and personal) and my life was a nightmare. Due to some discrepancies on W2 filings the IRS was charging my business with over $40K “late filling penalty” and in my personal taxes I owed well over $30K in “late filing” and penalties. We had filled everything thru Quickbooks and had all the confirmation codes, however according to the SS administration only 2 of 14 W2’s had been received. I was constantly harassed on both ends by the IRS and threaten with Levys, property confiscation and jail for something I knew had been done right on our part. We even started a payment plan on the personal end to avoid the IRS cleaning us out. Mr. Sodowsky and his team got to work and resolved the business the matter satisfactory which in term resolved our personal matter later. I received a big fat check from the IRS with which I paid my second mortgage. My experience with this firm was 100% positive, they treat you right from the very first moment and they know what they’re doing, so I do recommend it fully. This review was long overdue.
