I'm grateful for the opportunities I've had to work with Mr. Ben Glass and his staff. They truly care about the needs and well-being of their clients. A few years ago I had the pleasure of consulting with Ben about my disability insurance. He gave me great advice, explained the legal documents and how the disability policy worked, answered all my questions (even follow-up questions after our initial consultation meeting), and calmed my nerves. Ben is very experienced, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and approachable-he made me feel at ease and listened to all my concerns. While on medical leave from my company, some of my benefits were discontinued. Without my knowledge, my prior attorney had not provided the required paperwork. Currently going through the SSDI, STD AND LTD claims nightmare from ***! Got an attorney and not knowing anything about this process, my brain overlooked the part that if denied, he could deny further assistance. Meaning no assistance with the appeals part, the part when you need their utmost assistance and expertise. My gut was telling me to look for backup prior to being denied.
