He advised me on everything from my auto coverage plan to where I could get my car fixed and where I should go for health care. (Admittedly, I should have listened to his health care advice sooner.) My schedule is hectic, but he was extremely flexible and patient with me and if he said he was going to do something, he did it exactly when he said he would.
