Mr. David Wilks prepared our Family Estate Planning Portfolio about ten years ago. It was a very thorough set of documents which included a Living Trust Agreement, Wills, Medical Directives, Powers of Attorney, and much more. I was approaching retirement and had put off estate planning because I thought it would be a massive endeavor. I knew I needed a plan and Mr. Wilks was recommended by a trusted friend. He explained the process completely and answered all our questions, before and during the process. He and his staff were knowledgeable and very professional.
