The firm represented me for my contested divorce case, which included child custody and child support matters. My former spouse was asking for full custody of the children. My case was no piece of cake, to say the least, which included parallel cases in criminal matters against me. Even when everything seemed to go against me, the firm listened to what I wanted and did their absolute best to make it happen, even if they advised against it. Thanks to them, I have primary custody of my children and have the pleasure to tuck them in to bed at least five nights a week. The divorce, also, concluded with a favorable judgment. While you may read several reviews and comments about the firm’s victories, none of that matters. There will be similar reviews about most firms you research. What really matters is knowing a little something about the people in the firm. At Malinowski and Hubbard, you will not only find smart, capable attorneys and staff, but compassionate, caring people. There are no words capable of expressing my gratitude to the firm.

Chris Malinowski represented me throughout my divorce experience. I could not have made a better choice. Although I am certain my experience has been witnessed too many times by Chris, it was unbelievably shocking and devastating to me. From our very first meeting, I knew I had chosen the correct person to represent me. I liked Chris and knew immediately that I had found a lawyer with the utmost integrity, something that was important to me. Chris had a terrific way of putting my mind as ease. He cut through all the incendiary writings of the opposing counsel and dealt only with the facts. I am proud to say that Chris did not write anything that I wouldn't want my adult children to read. Hopefully matters can be settled outside the courtroom, but if you have to go to court, this is the guy you want standing beside you! I found the firm as a whole very professional having dealt with them for three years. Cost is what you would expect and the firm works to keep your costs as low as they can. Greg was fantastic to work with and I worked with Amanda on one issue - she was terrific. Chris Marotta was equally professional and pleasant. Although divorce is never easy, I felt that Chris and his team actually cared about me and my children throughout the process. They became like family who had our backs at our lowest point. I will be forever grateful for their help and would turn to them again if needed. I highly recommend them to anyone faced with a family law issue.

I acquired Ms Hubbard's family law expertise to modify custody (permitting an out of state move) and motion for child support. Ms. Hubbard was by far the best lawyer I'd hired throughout my divorce experience (my 4th). She was always well prepared for my hearings, had taken plenty of time to listen, and knew the facts of my case to fairly represent me and achieve my desired outcomes avoiding a lengthy trial. She was very flexible, responsible and able to think outside of the box. She was not intimidated by opposing counsel and fought equally hard with facts, law, and reason. She knows the Fairfax county legal system and judges very well and was able to think dynamically in pre trial hearings. I always felt she had my family's best interests at heart and never felt like just another client in the process. She provided fanatastic counseling referrals willing to testify on behalf of my minor child if needed. The staff at Mulinowski & Hubbard are great too. They helped with the paperwork, assisted with follow up actions, and were extremely responsive. Pricing was a standard rate for what I experienced in Fairfax county. M&H were able to accomplish what I desired under budget and within the expected timeframe.
