I was reluctant about proceeding with legal action for a personal injury as a result of a bike accident caused by another bicyclist. I contacted Jim Parrish and he talked to me at length about how such legal action would proceed if I was to decide to do so. No pressure was applied. Once I decided to do so, I contacted the office. We met at the office and all pertinent data that they needed from me was turned over. I was then told how and when the legal action would occur. From that point, the Parrish Law Firm took the lead and did all the work. Jim presented the satisfactory offer from the other party and I was shocked that it was going to be so painless on my part. I met with Jim for the closing of the case and once again, he took his time to talk to me. He made what I thought could be a difficult process fairly easy for me. I highly recommend the Jim Parrish Law Firm.

I came to Mr. Parrish because of injuries sustained in an auto accident where the other party left the scene. I had never dealt with an attorney before so I was very nervous, but I filled out the form on his website and he quickly responded, setting up a time where we could talk on the phone. After our initial consultation he put my mind at ease and I really felt taken care of. After I filled out the initial paperwork, his office handled everything. Mr. Parrish and his assistant Ms. Lista were always available for questions and "kept me in the loop" every step of the way, and after filling suit, Mr. Parrish effectively negotiated a very fair settlement.
