Bien eficientes

We were recommended this place in Virginia and we are from New York. So we called to hve an over the phone consultation. Very hard to reach anyone when calling them. Felt very rushed over the phone. We paid the retainer and were promised to have the information requested in a few months. Almost a year later still no information. I ended up calling them daily, soooo hard to get through to them. Then finally they magically got it. I should of done that last year. We were instructed to make another over the phone ( 15min) appointment when the lawyer got the paperwork, I thought she would of reviewed it before the appointment but she spent 10 min of it reading it on the phone which I did not need to hear and then 5 min or less saying she wont help. After we hung up we remembered an important piece of information, I called back and the assistant said she will call back. She never did. I emailed them many times and they said she will call back and still she never did. Very disappointed with this, lost $400, a year waiting for them and then nothing.

Muy buenos abogados...

Worst lawyer ever. Belittles her clients. She says we have to have patience but she has no patience with her clients. She raises her voice at us and doesn’t talk professional. She gives us no comfort. Tried to move our case with someone else but they wouldn’t accept us because we were so far in with immigration already. Worst experience, she’s just made this journey more difficult than it should be.

Unprofessional and disrespectful office. Especially attorney Montagut. She is very unprofessional, disrespectful, does not know anything beyond a green card process, and does not even give a good advice. Ignores your questions, does not answer the questions in details, does not even finish the conversation in a proper way. No customer service at all. Do not use this law firm, waste of time and money. They make you wait for 30-40 minutes and charge you money for something you already know.
