Bueno, espere mucho para dar esta opinión se que muchos verán esto y mi motivo no es perjudicar a nadie pero nada más opinaré sobre el servicio que Ashley me brindó. Primer lugar tardaba o no respondía sus correos yo pase mucho tiempo esperando mi residencia que OJO! Ya había sido aprobada y ella me decía y dijo por más de 2 años que immigration había cometido un error en imprimir mi tarjeta yo confiando en su palabra espere esos 2 años ella me decía lo mismo nada nuevo solo que fuera por un sello(pagaba por la cita que ella me hacía) y así yo preocupada le seguía escribiendo y ella si quería respondía y si no ignoraba asta que me canse y decidí llamar yo misma a immigration y me lleve la sorpresa que ellos tenían tiempos que habían mandado la tarjeta pero necesitaban la dirección exacta porque donde llego no la habían podido dejar cuando mi mamá le escribió sobre esto ella salió enojada con excusas negligentes en vez de disculparse. Asi que si tú tienes un problema parecido mejor llama directamente porque una vez ella me dijo que no solo mi caso estaba en espera que ella tenia más refiriéndose a el mismo problema. Suerte!

Muy mala atención un familiar hizo el pago por la consulta, consulta que no fue respondida por qué el abogado no tenía conocimiento sobre el tema dijo que haría la consulta a las expertas en el tema y después de llamadas y correo ( 20 días ) respondió diciendo que no podía llevar el caso pero que en todo caso podrían hablar después de su corte y ver otras opciones, se supone que llame para que me oriente no para que nos diga lo que ya sabemos …

Muy agradecido con esta firma de abogados especial con el personal asistente que son los que hacen una gran labor, y en mi caso mi agradecimiento al abogado David Sobral por responder mis inquietudes. Gracias

Tardan demasiado en contestar y en mandar a uscis información

I 100% recommend Montagut and Sobral as an amazing law firm. I was with a previous law firm where I couldn't even directly communicate with my lawyer after some time and failure I decided to find myself a new lawyer. A friend at work recommended montagut and Sobral that she had a pleasure of working with years and years before and they had done such an amazing job with her immigration case. I had reached out to them and they immediately set up an appointment, my case was taken over by David and his paralegal Abraham. They were easy to connect with and always were full of answers to all of my questions. They went above and beyond to make sure that I feel secure in the process. They ensure that all the options to make my case super smooth were done. Even while I was in honduras doing my exams and interview I was able to get in contact with Abraham and he was answering my questions in real time. I am beyond grateful for their support and help throughout the whole process and I couldn't have done it without them.

Well I waited for an appointment for about 3 weeks. My appointment was 2 pm and I waited on the phone for 45 minutes.every 10 minutes the receptionist will come on and excuse the lawyer for the tardiness. I kept on waiting until she offered that they would call me back. But I couldn't do the times or the l can give you an appointment 2 days later l said no l wait. Then someone else came on the phone and said the lawyer is not able to take you. And we do not have appointments until November a month later. I said I would wait because I'm not going to lose my time and wait for another mother. Then she said l can refund your payment. I did not ask for a refund I said I just wanted my appointment. Well nothing they could do. I didn't like the service because one person tells me I will give you an appointment 2 days later the other person no we don't have anything until a later month. I guess the lawyers are so busy that the receptionists are able to turn clients down or the lawyers do not know the work that the receptionists are doing. Not a good experience. I wanted to work with them because they come on the radio Radio America but I guess my time and my money 💰 are not good. But there are more immigration lawyers out there. 😔

La verdad no estoy segura de recomendar tienen mi caso de petición familiar aprobado ya hace 6 meses y he llamado solo me dicen que hay que esperar pero si me pidieron que canselara todo el dinero porque ya estaba aprobado me puse a investigar y envié un correo a la envajada cosa que tenían que hacer ellos y a los 2 días me respondió la envajada en mi opinión creo que solo les interesa agarrar casos nuevos por dinero no le dan seguimiento a los caso ojalá me lean ya que estoy esperando a mis hijos por 8 años y a ellos eso no les importa

The worst experience. The lady is very rude and disrespectful. I would never go there again.
