I want to commend Whiteford, Taylor & Preston for being a full-service firm that could handle all of my business needs. While I first worked with an attorney in their Falls Church, VA office, I found I needed additional legal services and also worked with attorneys in WTP's Baltimore & Richmond offices. The scope of work covered a large tenant bankruptcy, property management, related court filings, and also new tenant lease negotiations. In all cases, I found their attorneys to be responsible and attentive to my multiple and diverse business needs. Thank you.

Having managed over 250 community associations in Northern Virginia, I have had the opportunity to work with Whiteford on a number of occasions with various clients for 12 years. Their staff is courteous, knowledge and professional and their attorneys can be counted on both day and night to help with emergent situations and problem solving. The high level of communication, attention to detail and honestly provided throughout the organization is a differentiator.

Very bad experience interacting with Brad Englander, one of the Partners at this law firm. Very rude and condescending, wouldn’t recommend.

This Firm is makes money only by unmoral, unprofessional actions. The attorney at the office Claudia Lopez is absolutely never there, does not respond the emails and never takes phone calls. The paralegal Samantha Frazier is completely unprofessional, disrespectful and never return emails or phone calls. The only person you can talk to is the front office receptionist Victoria, but she doesn't really take her job serious, she never pass messages or important mail.
Stay away from this Firm, they should be out of business. Their only interest is to be hired by property management companies and then, working their way around to hide from the end users so they can take attorney fees of thousands of dollars.

Getting a hold of someone that can move anything forward is about as tough as reaching Donald Trumps cell phone. I get passed on to someone and then i hear nothing. This is a joke of an establishment, I am frankly surprised companies hire this law firm for anything.
