Juan took control of the situation calmly and professionally in domestic court, answered all my questions and was honest about what he did not know at the time but was sure and prompt to get back to me with a follow up answer, which showed me he wasn't just trying to give me answers i wanted to hear but thoughtful and intelligent advise to help me and my case. Mr. Bustamante really worked hard on my case. The other insurance company only wanted pay for my medical expenses and Mr. Bustamante didn't stop working on my case until he got me payment for loss wages. He could have close the case but he didn't and I am so greatful for that.
