I got to know Bandita, Dahal Law Associates while she was handling the case of my close associate. I was helping him put together his documents and we had already dealt with two other law firms (both owned by Nepali). Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend Dahal Law Associates, LLC as the firm to go to above any other law firm. I found Bandita to be a thorough professional. Before she took on our case, she asked for all required documents, studied them at length and communicated with great clarity on what needed to be done next. She worked together with us in each step of the way which led to positive results. My experience on working with Bandita and her firm has been an extremely satisfying one. She is above all, an honest person and approaches her cases with that same integrity. I would like to give her 5 stars in all areas.

I wish there was a 0-star rating option. I have a very bad experience with this Law firm. I filed I-130 petition for my spouse through this Law firm In Apr 2018, got RFE and respond but got denied. This Law firm doesn’t care about how important it is and valuable for you. This law firm practices very low-quality service. I got RFE because of the ignorance of my case and they did NOTHING while responding RFE. They just send the docs to USCIS whatever I sent them without even verifying/reviewing once. When you hire an attorney, you expect to receive a guidance and a very good cover letter from the attorney that explain how genuine, strong and unique your case is which helps Judge to decide on your favor. With this law firm don’t expect anything like this and I MEAN IT! Bandita keep denying my meeting request frequently. I find her a very money minded, even after I hired her, she still wants me to pay her hourly fee very time I meet her. When I requested her to find out the latest updates regarding my case, she asked to pay fee. When I was naturalized as citizen, and wanted to update my status, they want me to pay again (which I did). These are some on the list but certainly not all that this kind of situation that I had encountered with her. When I signed the contract with her there was clearly stated that the law firm will communicate with the USCIS regarding my case, not even a single time they did that. When I got I-130 denial letter the whole law firm ignored my email/ calls. Somehow, I managed to meet Bandita and I was told that the USCIS officer must have been very “tough- guy” who wants to prove him/her that they can do the best job. Which I really doubt. And then I asked a about next steps and fees right there and she didn’t know what to do and told me to wait her email for the further steps. (Seriously while I was there in person?) And yeah, she did not. Finally, When I requested my documents back, my request was ignored for about a week! And had to email and made numerous calls to get my own docs. The worst thing was not even a cover letter from the law firm while responding RFE besides my affidavit and from my friend. Overall, this is one of the worst law firm I have ever experienced. If you value your life and time, then I would NOT recommend this law firm at any cost.

I received the excellent professional services from her office regarding my Adjustment of Status. Her office staff was also very helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. Her sincerity, professionalism, calmness, and responsibility for the client are highly appreciated. My case was very time sensitive and I am glad that she understands the time sensitivity of my case. She put her all effort to accomplish my petition on time which is the only reason that our case was approved.
