My review of Ms. Juncker is very much, if not exactly, like the first review of her on this thread, titled "Beware, dishonest and extremely money hungry." My recommendation: run away from her as fast as you can!

Years after I made the terrible decision to retain her services, I am still coping with the consequences of her horrible job. She will go after your money. That is her chief interest to the point that she will make deals with the opposing party to get the case closed once she realizes she financially drained you. Of course, those deals do not benefit you and your children but she doesn't care. I have also caught her lying. So let me give you a couple advices if you still decide to retain her services: - make her sign a contract that stipulates a maximum fee after which she would have to work without charging you a dime. This was an advice I received from another lawyer who had personally witnessed the outrageous bills I was slapped with. - have all interactions written or recorded. As I mentioned earlier, she will lie to make you look delusional. I know I will never get justice for the harm she has caused my children and myself but I am hoping I can help another desperate individual from making the same mistake I have made.

Eva is a smart attorney. On more than one occasion, I contacted her to help me and she did a great job every time. I even contacted her at the last minute and within 24 hours she helped me with my documents.

I hired Eva to represent me during my very contentious divorce. Her expert guidance was the only sanity during a near impossible time. She navigated me through each step of the process and responded to all of my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Time and time again, she made recommendations on how to reduce my expenses (and stress). I relied on Eva to guide me on what terms to hold firm on and where compromise was needed. With Eva's expertise, I was able to get full legal custody of my two children and avoid going to trial. I am eternally grateful that Eva was on my side and would never want to be on the opposite side of the courtroom from her. Since my divorce, Eva has been my go to for questions within her specialty and referrals outside her expertise.

I highly recommend Eva Junker. I was about to marry and needed advice on a prenuptial agreement. She went over ever document line by line. She made a point of making sure I understood the document in every way. She did this for every draft. She gave clear and thoughtful legal advice throughout the entire process. I appreciated the time she put in personally on this single but important document.

Excellent legal writing skills but will not go to the mat for you when it matters and hands you off to less skilled attorneys in her firm to handle your case, thereby padding fees. She also tried to withdraw from my case at a critical juncture before a hearing and the judge wouldn’t allow it. Years later, I am still dealing with the horrific repercussions of her poor counsel, negligence, and unwillingness to negotiate a fair settlement with opposing counsel.
