Erik has successfully filed several trademarks for my business. One of which was tricky because the USPTO originally denied it due to a conflicting mark but Erik was able to get it registered with an outstanding and well written appeal letter. He was also able to get one of my trademarks that was in the Supplemental register into the Principal register. Erik and his team are fantastic at getting difficult trademarks registered that other attorneys said would be near impossible. Worth every penny!
