We have been working with Erik since 2003 with our first trademark application. Right from the get go we had issues with a possible conflict with another brand. After many failed attempts to negotiate a personal agreement with the brand Erik was able to come through and push the trademark through. We are now working on our second trademark and will hopefully be finalized soon. Erik is definitely my go to guy when it comes to trademark issues. Give him a try, you will not be disappointed.
