Erik helped me with many aspects of Trademarks -- from searches, to filings, to TTAB issues, and more. He is extremely honest, patient and responsive. My business is small, so these qualities really matter to me. In the long run, I learned that having a good Trademark attorney saves you money in the long run. My company, Belligerent Beard, has submitted 6 trademarks to Erik in 3 different iterations. Usually talking with lawyers is a pain and charged by the second. Erik is easy to deal with and I know that he will take his time to answer all my questions no matter how stupid or complex. Whenever anyone I know starts a business or has an idea, I direct them to Erik (a recommedation I don't give lightly).
