Since I enter us we hired this attorney for a while, after all trials being Present we filled out an asylum application, I was approved and he never got my Work permit I called a new lawyer a couple of days ago and he’s retired already, new lawyer told me I have a work permit that has never been request

For 11 years my sister my mother and me were represented by Mascarenhas and he cancelled 2 immigration interviews without notice. We were about to be deported because of his inactions so we switched to a real immigration attorney who was able to get us our Permanent residency within 3 months. The new attorney was aware of Mascarenhas track record as his former clients who had similar experiences to ours. I don’t know how this guy is still practicing

i was refer to this lawyer and im very disapointed i dont recommend it to any body get a real professional lawyer because this one wont get you anywhere

He told me I was going to get my papers and he did everything wrong. When I had my interview he didn't come to the interview he lie, he said he was going to be there ,but didn't show up. That was one of the things that affected my interview . I would tell people to go to a real professional.
