I was very nervous about the whole SSDI process. But with my neurological condition, it was a necessity. Mr. Cervoni and his team were very professional, understanding, and knew just what to do. After the second denial of my Social Security disability claim (the initial and the redetermination) I thought I would never get approved, but Mr. Cervoni believed in my case and we went for the hearing. Awesome litigator! I thought navigating and applying for SSDI would be similar to that of the VA benefits. It was not. Although 100% P&T, I was denied initial SSDI benefits.
