We needed to update our wills and determine whether a trust would better serve our purposes. Mr Wall was very professional, articulately answered all of our questions, and, most importantly, listened to our specific concerns. The plan that he subsequently produced addressed every detail discussed inour initial consultation...very thorough and provided the framework for a continuing relationship. Would highly recommend him.

Mr. Wall was exceptionally knowledgeable in all aspects of establishing family trusts, wills, advanced directives, and powers-of-attorney. all questions were answered in easily understood layman language and all questions were answered fully. After losing my husband, I needed help making sure my estate was in order. I shopped around for an estate planner for awhile before I came to Bennie at the recommendation of my financial planner. I was a little put back by Bennie's young age; however, I quickly realized that he is extremely knowledgeable. He outlined my estate and explained several different options I had to move forward. He pointed out issues that I would not have thought of. Thanks to Bennie, I was able to use my late husband's unused tax exemption that would have been lost if I had remarried prior to visiting Bennie. Bennie is very friendly and extremely patient. He made sure I understood how my whole estate plan would work. We had a prenuptial agreement and trust drafted. On the day I signed the trust, Bennie sat with me for nearly two hours talking me through the trust and answered all of my questions. It was truly a pleasure to work with this young man, which is more than I can say about most attorneys I've worked with in the past. He never felt pressured to move forward and I felt like Bennie really cared about making sure my estate was in order. I can assure you that you're in good hands with this bright, young man.
