He would often forget key components of the case and need to reminded. On many occasions his strategy or knowledge of the law was the polar opposite of what he relayed to me in previous conversations. I would be told he was working on certain documents or points regarding my case that never came to fruition or were finished. Many things that are standard protocol in VA divorce cases were not taken care of when Mr. Moss handled my case.
