****Sorry so late**** It was 11/24/2020 when I could finally breathe again after having false charges against me dropped. Best feeling ever!!!! Jonathan David is the best lawyer to go to for criminal law. He goes out of his way, and reassured me that what I was facing more than what I was actually guilty and told me not to stress,, he said " don't stress, that's for me to worry about." I was facing high charges for something I didn't even do. Wrong place, wrong time. I would say that i was lucky that day- but really, it was Mr. David who make me feel that way and fought and represented the truth. Thank you for all t. He hat you did to simplify my life much more than what could've happened. Because of you, I gave a fresh start, Thank you for everything!!! I refer you to everyone since. If you get him as a GAL or Judge, request someone else as fast as you can....Contact me for reference and I will inform you of my opinion. If I could summarize in a quote this Stafford JDR system, which includes Mr. Patton, it would be, "Once conform, once do what other people do because they do it, and a lethargy steals over all the finer nerves and faculties of the soul." Get a lawyer from outside Stafford County, and don't let Mr. Patton be an advocate for your children because the law doesn't allow for it.

Attorney David was able to help me in court and made sure I didn't need to travel 4 hours back in town to attend. He made sure to keep my best interest in mind even though I wasn't present and kept me informed on the day of my court case. He made sure I did what I needed to do to lessen my traffic charge and had no points on my record. I would highly recommend speaking to him if you ever have a traffic ticket you need help with.
