Ms. O'Neal is a tremendous attorney. She handled the intricacies of my particular case with such a level of confidence and competence that allowed me to remain completely at ease throughout the process. She handled the issues of my case with a level of tenacity that made me grateful that I was the party she was representing, and not on the opposing side. I will absolutely hire her again, should the need arise, and would, without hesitation, recommend her to anyone else in need of a family law attorney.

Nicole and her whole team were professional from the start. I was referred to the firm from a trusted advisor. I had a bad experience with a former attorney and to say they were professional, helpful, and excellent is an understatement. She resolved my case in 19 hours and I had been dealing with this issue for 2 years. They had a process, they listened and responded appropriately to my concerns. Witnessing her ebb and flow during our trial was akin to seeing an elite musician craft a masterpiece out of thin air. I had a time-sensitive visitation matter involving my child. After being threatened in the morning, Nicole saw me during her lunch break and effectively stopped the matter from happening by the afternoon. She then proceeded to ensure that the necessary steps were taken to try and solidify a future for us thereafter. Nicole will always tell you the brutal truth; whether that is something you want to hear or not, it will be the key factor in how she fights passionately on your behalf in court. If you can be patient with her and understand that she is trying to make sure you do not get your hopes up; and you also realize that this fire within her is truly special, this tenacious spirit and razor-sharp wit in which she possesses, will be the saving grace for you in court. In our specific circumstances, we walked away with 3 times more than what we were asking for and my child and I now have a future together. Words can’t express how remarkable it was to watch her work under that pressure and seeing the commanding presence she has. The morning of the trial (when we met to go over everything) I witnessed her spirit in action for the first time and in those fleeting moments, I knew I was in safe hands. During the trial when my emotions got the best of me; she was the voice of calm keeping me present, without ever missing a beat in the proceedings, making sure to not miss those nuanced details that I forgot, that make all the difference. I can’t imagine what might’ve happened if Nicole wasn’t on our side and I will be forever grateful for this gift of life we have been given.

During my consultation Nicole was very clear, professional, confident and knowledgeable. She sets expectations, doesn’t over promise to make you happy and instead explains the law in a very direct and easy to understand manner. She never pressured me to hire her, she ensured she gave me the most information during my consultation so that I could make the most education decisions moving forward. Nicole took the time to review my case, sent reminders for deadlines with court and read and analyzed volumes of information to prepare and present for my case. She was very personable and caring and goes to bat for you. She is busy, because she is excellent at her job, however she always remembers every detail about your case when you talk or email. During the trial, Nicole was sooo impressive to watch, she is quick on her feet, is able to pivot her line of questioning based on answers and is able to prepare you very well for the case. She made me feel confident and knowledgeable. I was a nervous wreck before meeting her whilst deciding to fight for custody of my child. Once meeting with her for my pre trial prep, I was no longer nervous, I knew I had the best attorney who cared and would fight for my rights also, she had prepped me well. Nicole was able to expose my narcissist ex’s lies flawlessly in court. The judge and everyone else there were able to see that he did not have the best intentions for our child despite him stating that he did with his words. I was able to successfully gain sole custody of my child all thanks to Nicole. For her, it was just a regular Thursday where she helps people day in and day out but for me, she changed my life, she is my superhero. I am eternally grateful for Nicole O’Neal.

Id like to start out by staying this woman is incredible. I was awarded sole physical custody of my very small breastfed baby, with the father having visitation on a “step up” plan, like I had proposed to the judge. Me and the father split months before our child was even born. I was suggesting mediation for months with the father constantly shooting it down, then I was served with papers when babe was 3 months old. Im a breastfeeding mother, so babe can’t be away from me for very long. While I recognize babe needs his father in his life, his need to eat properly was Ms O’Neals main concern, even though it seemed father could not grasp that and just wanted 50/50 shared custody or bust. Ms O’Neal was compassionate, very easy and comfortable to work with. Speaking with her almost didn’t even feel like a business transaction, it felt more like talking with a really good friend. She was my voice when I couldn’t find mine. She grounded me often, told it how it was and gave me realistic expectations, even when I didn’t want to hear it, when I needed to be humbled. As a working single mom, I know attorneys do not come cheap. Even more so, GREAT attorneys don’t come any cheaper. I had to have some help from family and friends. But if you find yourself in the situation I did, I would put my trust in this one. She’s an absolute firecracker and her mind moves a mile a millisecond. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Nicole. You know how much Landon means to me. You did everything you said you would. I loved working with you, but I can’t wait to never have to work with you again! Lol

Nicole was excellent every step of the way, she took time out of her day to listen to any problems/concerns I might of been having. She kept me in the loop every step of the way, and would constantly give me advice on the best way to proceed in certain situations.
