Lindsay Connolly was the second lawyer from Livesay & Myers that I worked with after my child support and custody case got moved from Fairfax County to Fredericksburg. Consistent with my first experience, Lindsay and her team delivered exceptional service and I was happy that I continued on with Livesay & Myers. She helped me navigate through a lengthy and unnecessarily complicated case at times. All of my questions were immediately answered, and any concerns I had were worked through and explained, which helped to significantly lower my stress level related to these proceedings. Although I hope that I will never need their services again, I would definitely recommend Livesay & Myers to anyone needing a lawyer for divorce, child support, and/or custody.

Nicole O'Neal from Livesay & Myers, P.C represented me in my divorce. She, as well as her paralegal were extremely responsive. I never was waiting long for news and I knew that I didn't have to continue to reach out, but when they had news or an update they were quick to let me know. Nicole was easy to talk to, she walked me through each thing and explained the process to me. I was completely at ease in knowing they would take care of everything for me and making sure I was getting a fair agreement. Though, I have never worked with other attorneys, the comparison to how quickly I would receive news to my (now) ex would is a world of difference. I would get updates as soon as they came in, where my ex would get an update on Thursday or Friday, leaving the entire weekend when things could have been worked on. While no one ever wants to plan on getting divorced, if you are seeking a lawyer you should make it as easy and stress free as possible and use this law firm. 10/10 would use again and recommend to friends and family.

Nicole O’Neal specifically did an awesome job. During the Divorce process, she always took the time to answer my emails and calls. She gave great guidance and it felt very personal in the responses. I needed a friend type response as well as the strong professional response, which I always received. There was never any pressure or rushing me to get everything done. The law firm in general is outstanding!
