Very efficient office. Attorney listened to needs and produced documents requested in a timely manner.

She never identified herself when she called and always spoke from a speaker phone setting. I barely understood her. She sent my family down an unnecessary path re how to best settle my father's affairs, and charged an extraordinarily large sum of money for work that did not result as described or intended.
