These idiots served me somebody else’s court papers. Wrong name wrong road wrong address wrong everything. How do you mess up this badly? What a joke.

On my door was a court summons for a debt collection... For my neighbor. Not me I have my neighbors name and personal information Called the Lawyers (Glasser and Glasser and they were useless) Calls the Marston Agency because their name was on the paper Lady on the phone was wicked nice and apologetic and they said they will pick up the papers today 3 stars because they were quick to resolve the problem but also because you really need to double check the address on the paper before you stick it in someone's door

This agency left a Warrent in Debt packet on my front door step, assuming they were hired to serve the defendant these papers. I called them twice to let them know this person did not live at this address. First time, I left a voicemail, second time the woman I spoke with told me to call the attorney to let them know the address change. This doesn't seem right to me. They were hired to serve these papers to someone. They did not actually serve anyone, they just left the papers on a doorstep and not even in an envelope, just a stack of papers stapled together. I contact them to let them know they "served" the wrong person and they task me to contact the attorney? I checked my Ring app, they didn't even ring the doorbell, they just dropped the papers on my doorstep. Does agency really consider this as serving the defendant?

They'll send someone to your house to serve you personally when they've already mailed you the summons and you've already paid the debt a month before hand!!!!!

These attorneys come from a place of being probation officers before they were public defenders. THEY ARE NOT ON YOUR SIDE, better to hire your own attorney from the many other firms in richmond.

Delivering documents with people's SSNs to the wrong address probably isnt best practice.
