Pros
1
Aggressive and prompt in returning calls/emails, even on weekends and after hours
“Mrs. Herrington treats me like I am her only cliant. She is aggressive, promptly returns calls or emails and even provided me with her personal cell phone number, that she actually calls from and/or answers on weekends and after hours.”
2
Highly competent and experienced in estate and probate matters
“His expertise and experience were immediately apparent, bringing a sense of assurance to a tumultuous situation. Despite the substantial division and potential for conflict, James navigated the proceedings with acute legal acumen and a strategic finesse that can only come from years of specialized practice.”
3
Demonstrates empathy and understanding throughout the legal process
“Beyond his professional capabilities, James showed a remarkable degree of empathy and understanding. He managed to strike the perfect balance between being a fierce advocate for my interests and a compassionate advisor through emotionally charged moments.”
4
Reasonable and fair fee structure
“James's fee structure was very reasonable and fair, a reflection of his straightforward and equitable approach to law. It's rare to find an attorney who embodies such integrity in every aspect of their work, including billing.”
Cons
1
Lack of professionalism and competence, resulting in subpar work
“Rate less than 1 due to her incompetence and lack of professionalism. Was hired to do a specific motion and had the ability to file efile, but instead filed through postal service with hand written paper work and improperly filled out, and left sitting in the clerk's office.. when questioned, my response was a blatant lie.”
2
Unresponsive and forgetful, failing to show up for court
“After nearly one and a half years of using an attorney that seemed too forget I even existed, not too mention forgot too show up for court, I changed lawfirms.”
3
Rude and unprofessional behavior
“Very rude. Hung up when I ask a common question. I wouldn't advise this attorney office.”
