This is to anyone who is interested in hiring this attorney PLEASE don’t waste your time, energy or money!!!! He does not keep his clients abreast of what’s going on with their case, he doesn’t try to have charges dropped he only goes along with whatever the prosecutor is suggesting. He says he looks out for the best interests of his clients but don’t let him fool you, he talks a good game but can’t back up any of it. He only wants to get along to get along. Again please think twice before retaining this guy.

All that you really need to know is that Matt and his team are the absolute best. My wife was cited for speeding in Henrico county and charged with Reckless driving. I started doing some research because of the severity of the reckless driving charge and all of Matt's reviews seemed to point me his way. From the first call that I had with Matt I knew I made the right choice, he was extremely courteous and fully explained all of the possible outcomes as well as his expectations based on the information that I provided to him. All of the correspondences leading up to the date of trial were handled very promptly and any questions we had were immediately addressed. The day of the trial came and Matt reached out to us as soon as the trial concluded to put our minds at ease and inform us that exactly as predicted he was able to get the charges dismissed upon payment of the court fees and completion of a driving course. This attorney was the most rudest attorney lawyer I ever talked with to get a consultation. Matt wouldn’t even let me talk and tell him what was going on with what I had going on. Matt told me to let him talk like I was talking over him. He never asked me anything about the case. I will not I mean will not recommend him as an attorney lawyer for any case of mine. Matt talked to me like I was some ghetto person just trying to get things done. I’m a very educated African American that know her stuff and for him to talk to me like that. Like I was at a doctors appointment for the defendant I’m not one of those people. Plus I had the money to do what I needed to do for the case I was trying to tell him about. Good Evening, I retained Mr. Pinsker services back in February of 2023. I have to say that I am very satisfied with the result. Mr. Pinsker accomplished the goal he stated that he would accomplish. Mr. Pinsker was able to get my traffic charge dismissed. Although there were no guarantees and there never are with the court system. I recommend Mr. Pinsker if every needing a lawyer in the state of Virginia. His staff is very professional and response back to you in a timely manner. Pricing is reasonable if needing his services.
