This man cut down my criminal speeding charge to almost nothing. And appeared in court on my behalf, while I was taking care or matters in a different state. 10/10 would recommend.

Mr. Pinsker helped me during a really trying time. I was charged with Falsely Summoning the Police after I was mugged. Mr. Pinsker helped guide me through the process. He was able to get the prosecution to not prosecute me in exchange for not filling any legal complaints. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good defense attorney.

I was stressed about a traffic violation when it occurred. I immediately called Atty. Pinsker and left a VM. Always leave a VM. He will call you back!! He called me back in two hours, and provided solid advice. He reassured me of the situation, and gave me options. Fortunately, I never had to apply his advice, but having him walk me through the mind of a police officer, talk me through the legal jargon, and reassure me, gave me enough peace of mind. He is worth the call. I hope I never have to use his criminal or traffic defense services, but if I did he would be the first person on my list to call.

Mr Pinsker is very professional and very responsive. He was the first Attorney who I contacted that responded to me. With his representation, I got a misdemeanor charge of Reckless Driving reduced significantly to the non-criminal ordinary traffic infraction of Speeding and I am more than happy with the outcome. In my opinion, he is very reasonably priced and I highly recommend him to anyone that requires representation for speeding or reckless driving.
