I was facing a traffic violation for the first time and looked around the area for someone to represent me in court. I read Mr. Kuligowski's reviews on google (all very favorably) and figure i'd give him a shot and it was the best decision I could have made. He is very friendly and professional and will always be honest and upfront. I could have been charged severely but took his advice and everything worked out in the end. Don't think twice, do yourself a favor and get his help. 10/10 absolutely recommend.

Imagine being robbed and calling the police and they don’t believe you. Picture being falsely accused of assault and being locked up without bail. It’s scary. I was arrested on a Saturday, no lawyers are available on Saturdays. After I called and called Monte picked up the phone. Lawyers don’t visit on Sundays, Monte does. In fact this man will not leave your side even after trial is completed. He is my legal advice to this day. Thank god for Monte.

High value! 5 stars across the board I wish I could give more, not only did he help me avoid jail time he was also able to help me reduce my sentence with remarkable ease. I highly recommend Atty. Monte Kuligowski! His esteem knowledge on Virginia's court system and time as an attorney shows! I don't know what I would have done without his assistance.
