He is a nice person. But if you want someone who will fight for you in my own opinion he won’t. Very hard to reach at important times. Overall let me down on my case. Again very nice and respectful to his CLIENTS; however he has no problem telling you” plead guilty and pray for mercy” after months of saying everything is fine. All I wanted was a fair trial. I asked for a jury over 3xs some how I walked into court with a bench trial. Complicated cases is not his strong point and instead of passing it on to another lawyer, he’ll try gambling your freedom. Really let me down didn’t even put in a motion of discovery he was listening to audios off of the commonwealths computer. That he never heard which where played at each level I’ve been to in court! Didn’t even have the correct dates being used against me. On top of all that was rude to my witnesses and NEVER spoke to them and this was my appeal trial. Set me up for pure failure.

Michele Cavanaugh is very Honest, Truthful, and Personal, It was very refreshing to meet her and consult with her and I hope that all of her efforts will help me in the future.

The communication from the admin is terrible. I leave voice messages, just like over a week plus within one as well, with no return call. Before my last voicemail on Friday, I left my second note on the door, due to no return call after a week. I’m trying to get clarification on a voicemail that was left for me, but can’t even get that. I’m making attempts to do that by phone, and in person both unsuccessful right now. Hopefully this review, will get me a return call for clarification on a voicemail left for me.

Michele Cavanaugh is an amazing attorney! She is friendly understating and patient. Then turns into a lioness protecting you at every turn in and out of the court room. She is always available for advice and helps you clearly understand what is actually happening with your case! She has protected myself and my family in ways that we could never truly thank her for. In short if you need an amazing attorney that actually cares about you and your family, and doesn't treat you like just another name or number on a piece of paper call her!

I cannot tell you what a wonderful person MIchelle is. She is incredibly professional, but also cares deeply about her clients. They are not just another number. She takes her job as a lawyer, extremely seriously I would recommend her to anyone absolutely anyone she literally is a godsend. She goes out of her way to call you even though her day is busy with meeting with clients and in the court room. You are not shuffled off and made to make an appointment ,just to talk to her.
