Crystina O'Brien is an amazing and compassionate attorney. I cannot say enough great things about her, she handle our very delicate child custody case with professionalism and compassion for all parties involved, including and especially the child involved. I knew as soon as I met Mrs. O'Brien that I had found the best possible lawyer for my case. She was determined and had a drive about her that you don't see in most. Honestly she reminds me a lot like my mother. She kept me on point with what I needed to be doing through my custody case with my ex. She continuously reminded me to stay focused and do what was best for my son. She continued to make sure I was comfortable with what was going on through the entire process and that I was cooperating with the other party to the best of my ability. When I call her the best of the Best, that is exactly what I mean. I would not even consider hiring anyone else for any future needs I may have.

CASE: on one fateful evening, we collided with a motorcyclist. No one was hurt. Nonetheless. we were issued a reckless driving ticket (traffic misdemeanor violation) in the city of Hampton Roads. I hired The O'Brien law firm in reference to a reckless driving case. They were absolutely amazing in helping me with my case and assisting me in understanding the process. I was traveling from out of state which made my case a little more complicated but they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I was young, dumb, in the navy, and a very dysfunctional marriage. It was safe to say by the time I found my way to Crystina, I had pretty well made a mess of my situation at 22. Leaving out the details I continued making a series of mistakes, Crystina was at several points a no nonsense voice of reason in my life. Not only that she allowed me to grow up a little, without getting in my own way legally speaking. Her pricing was not only reasonable, but she went above and beyond the agreed upon services. She cared about my situation, or rather situations, and made herself available to me in regards to the issue I was facing for hours beyond what I was ever billed for. I was charged with reckless driving after causing an injury-related auto accident. I felt I simply made a driving error as countless people do every day. I turned to Crystina for help.
