First I would love to say Mr. Ballard is amazing. When I first consulted with him I could tell he was going to do his best. At times I questioned myself, but him and his team made sure they kept in touch with me throughout the process. He’s an amazing attorney. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know that would need help in any situation similar to the one I was in. If you’re looking for someone who actually does there job at your defense, Matt Ballard is the guy.

I got caught red hand by HPT drag racing a buddy. I was charged with racing reckless. When I consulted with Matt, he informed me exactly what I was facing per state statue and the consequences if found guilty, which were not good. I got a good vibe from Matt when I talked he listened and asked questions. I could tell he enjoys helping the community in which he has grown up. once I hired Matt he laid out a plan to have the best outcome in my case. I did everything asked by matt. when we went to court he was able to work out a deal with the cop. Matt was able to talk the cop into dropping the charges and the case was dismissed. Matt is a solid guy, he had multiple plans in place in case of negotiating with cop did not work. I felt confident that I was going to beat the charges or at least have them reduced to something lower with Matt as my Lawyer. I will recommend Matt to any of my family and friends.

Mr. Ballard was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable during a time that could have turned out very bad. Although I would’ve liked to have had more communication with him prior to my court date .The few brief conversations we had I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the law and could tell he was the right man for the job. The day I showed up at the court house Mr. Ballard was very professional and got me the very best outcome I could’ve gotten. Matt Ballard is extremely professional. He told me all that he needed me to do from the first appointment. He was there any time I needed to call him or wanted to talk in person. I was terrified and he was extremely reassuring. In the end he got my case dismissed! It was a reckless driving going 90 or above. I reccomend him to anybody looking for a professional lawyer.
